Apt is locally owned and  operated, focusing on regionally sourced products. Our team is composed of more than forty years of experience in the food and beverage industry.  We strive to create a truly memorable dining experience for locals and visitors alike.    


Executive Chef/ Owner

Regina Felt-Castellano

Chef Regina is a Cape Cod native and has spent most of her life on the Lower Cape. She has cooked at the former Bramble Inn, Vers, and The Chatham Wine Bar. Her passion lies in good food, top notch service in a relaxed atmosphere. "Less is always more, Stagnance will be the death of your food, Be humble yet confident in your skill." 


Charcuterie and Wine Curator/ Owner

Brandi Felt Castellano

Brandi grew up on Cape Cod and graduated from Nauset after a few years away she moved back to the community that she loves. Brandi has more than 20 years of restaurant experience. She has worked alongside Regina for 5 years. Her passion lies in good food, good service, And good wine, shared with good company.

Sous Chef 

Sydney Hearn

Sydney has wanted to be a chef since she was 7 years old and is so excited to be a part of the Apt team! She graduated from Johnson and Wales in 2017 with a bachelors in culinary arts and food service management. She has worked in fine dining for 8 years and tries to bring creativity and joy to every team she works with. 

Front of House Manager

Emilia Povero

Emilia is a graduate from Johnson & Wales University. She has her Bachelors in Culinary Nutrition. She has experience in product development, wine retail and spent time teaching healthy cooking classes in New Orleans. However, her true love is working in Restaurants. She has been working with Chef Gina and Brandi since 2017 and looks forward to a long career being a member of this team.
